Every residence is newly renovated and fully furnished, with air conditioning, fibre internet, parking and access to the shared pool and gardens. Minimum stay one month.
All rates are monthly, in Thai baht. Minimum stay is one month. Electricity and water are metered separately, at cost.

The DTV requires a six to twelve month lease at ฿20,000 a month or more, plus a letter from your landlord. Most private landlords in Samui cannot provide either properly. We are set up for exactly this.

Renovation completes in October 2026. Until the first photographs are taken, these are the architect's renderings — always labelled as such.
