Deposit: half a month for a one- or two-month stay · one month for three months · two months for six- and twelve-month leases — plus the first month in advance, on signing. Returned within 30 days of departure, less any documented damage. Dollar figures on this site are indicative only; the lease is written in Thai baht.
Let us be straight with you: the DTV is granted on your finances and your work, not on your rent. No landlord can get you the visa, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What a landlord decides is whether you can keep it — your 180-day extension is refused if your address was never filed with immigration. Most private landlords in Samui never file it.
Ask us for the sample lease and the document pack before you commit to anything. We are not visa agents and we do not pretend to be — we simply keep our side of the paperwork faultless.
Ask about DTVWe are landlords, not lawyers or visa agents. Nothing on this page is legal or immigration advice, and visa rules change. Please check your own case with the Thai embassy or consulate where you will apply, or with a licensed adviser.
One shared pool, gardens kept for you, and a building that has just been renovated from the ground up.
Metered separately at cost: electricity (฿4–8 per unit) and water (approximately ฿200–500 a month). Cleaning is not included in the rent — ฿600 an apartment, ฿1,000 a villa, each time, linen change included. Order it whenever you want it, one-off or on a regular schedule.
Lamai is the part of Samui people actually live in — a real town with markets, a hospital and a beach, without Chaweng's prices or its traffic.
Tap any line to open it in maps. Times are by scooter.

Twenty apartments and three villas set around a pool, five minutes from Lamai beach. The doors open in December. We could have filled this page with photographs of somebody else's building — instead you get the architect's renderings and the real floor plans, labelled as exactly that. The first photograph you see of THE LIFE will be the room you are actually renting.

A one-month-minimum stay is a real commitment, so we do this the old way: you write to us, we answer, and you see the lease before you pay anything.
