The longer you stay, the less you pay

All rates are monthly, in Thai baht. Minimum stay is one month. Electricity and water are metered separately, at cost.

Deposit: half a month for a one-month stay · one month for two or three months · two months for six- and twelve-month leases — plus the first month in advance, on signing. Returned within 30 days of departure, less any documented damage. Dollar figures on this site are indicative only; the lease is written in Thai baht.

Your DTV address in Samui

The DTV requires a six to twelve month lease at ฿20,000 a month or more, plus a letter from your landlord. Most private landlords in Samui cannot provide either properly. We are set up for exactly this.

  • Every residence is priced at or above the ฿20,000 threshold
  • Immigration letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped
  • Bilingual Thai–English lease that matches your application exactly
  • Proper receipts for every payment, month by month
  • Working from home written into the lease as a permitted use
The most common reason a DTV application is refused is a lease that does not match the paperwork.
